Additional Terms and Conditions

  • Any parts that are replaced will become the property of PuppyWash.
  • The repair or replacement of your PuppyWash under warranty will not extend the period of the warranty.
  • The warranty provides benefits which are additional to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
  • Intentional cosmetic decoration or modification that may impact a product’s resale, refurbishment, restoration or usability may void the terms of your product’s warranty and the PuppyWash return policy.
  • The Warranty applies only against defects discovered within the applicable Limited Warranty period and only so long as the Product remains in the possession of the original purchaser, or, for a gifted Product, the owner of the original membership attached to the Product.

While PuppyWash strives to complete all repairs services within a timely manner, PuppyWash is not liable for any delay in a machine repair or return.

PuppyWash has been engineered for continued high performance—your PuppyWash is built to last. If your PuppyWash is used in the way that it’s intended and it breaks down within the insurance period, then it’s our responsibility to repair or replace it, and we do so at no charge to you. 

 

Specifically, if any single part is defective, cease using your PuppyWash, and please contact REPAIRS@PUPPYWASH.COM. Once you show satisfactory proof that your PuppyWash is eligible for repairs, we’ll provide you with a replacement part, along with instructions on how to fix your PuppyWash. If this isn’t sufficient, then your machine will be replaced with a new PuppyWash.

 

Any part sold with your PuppyWash unit (and arriving in the original packaging) may be repaired, and/or the machine may be replaced within the one-year insurance period. The insurance period begins at the end of the initial warranty period. If you purchase your PuppyWash by 12/31/2022, then the warranty period begins from the date that you receive your machine. If you purchase your PuppyWash after 12/31/2022, then the warranty period begins one-year from the time of purchase.

 

What’s not covered:

  • Purchases of PuppyWash units from unauthorized dealers or sellers
  • Accidental damage
  • Damage caused by inappropriate or excessive 
  • Damage from external sources such as transit or weather
  • Costs, damages or repairs incurred as a result of, due to, or from:
    • Negligent use, misuse, neglect or careless operation of the machine;
    • Use of the PuppyWash unit which isn’t in accordance with the Operating Manual;
    • Use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance with the PuppyWash instructions;
    • Use of parts and accessories which aren’t genuine PuppyWash Components;
    • Faulty assembly or installation;
    • Repairs or alterations carried out by third parties other than the owners or authorized PuppyWash agents.

 

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PUPPYWASH AND ITS EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY SUBSEQUENT OWNER FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COSTS OF RECOVERING, REPROGRAMMING, OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA OR THE FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA, ANY LOSS OF BUSINESS, PROFITS, REVENUE OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, RESULTING FROM PUPPYWASH’S OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS PLAN. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LIMIT OF PUPPYWASH AND ITS EMPLOYEES AND AGENT’S LIABILITY TO YOU AND ANY SUBSEQUENT OWNER ARISING UNDER THE PLAN SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PRICE PAID FOR THE PUPPYWASH MACHINE OR OTHER ITEMS. PUPPYWASH SPECIFICALLY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT (i) IT WILL BE ABLE TO REPAIR OR REPLACE COVERED EQUIPMENT WITHOUT RISK TO OR LOSS OF PROGRAMS, OR (ii) IT WILL MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF ALL DATA, OR (iii) THAT THE OPERATION OF THE PRODUCT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

FOR CONSUMERS IN JURISDICTIONS WHO HAVE THE BENEFIT OF CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS OR REGULATIONS, THE BENEFITS CONFERRED BY THIS PLAN ARE IN ADDITION TO ALL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES PROVIDED UNDER SUCH LAWS AND REGULATIONS. TO THE EXTENT THAT LIABILITY UNDER SUCH LAWS AND REGULATIONS MAY BE LIMITED, PUPPYWASH’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED, AT ITS SOLE OPTION, TO REPLACE OR REPAIR OF THE COVERED EQUIPMENT OR SUPPLY OF THE SERVICE. SOME STATES OR PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
